1 General Information and Introduction

4.3 Processing Times

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if a verification process is ongoing, there may be some delay.

4.4 Currency

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the platform.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

7.2 Odds Changes

Odds cannot be changed after a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are final.

7.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the full amount refunded.

8 VIP Program

The 1qqee VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Players are promoted to higher tiers based on their regular activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is automatically added to the account each week.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
